The
Human Rights Foundation (HRF) launches the “Inter-American Democratic
Charter and Mr. Insulza” program today with an open letter to José
Miguel Insulza, secretary general of the Organization of American
States (OAS), decrying his unwillingness to enforce the Charter’s
mandate to protect democracy in the Americas. HRF will send monthly
digests to Insulza detailing violations of human rights and democracy
in the continent, with the hope that the secretary general will take
note and do his job.
The
letter, cosigned by HRF President Thor Halvorssen and Chairman Armando
Valladares, observes that under Insulza’s watch at the OAS, the
governments of Bolivia, Ecuador, and Venezuela have acted in clear
violation of the democratic principles set forth in the Charter. [more]

Several authorities have already expressed their concerned in
which Mr. Vaca was actually detained. The Government did not
follow
standard operating procedures when Mr. Vaca was kidnapped by
masked
and armed men without identifying themselves.
Bolivia is a
unsecure place for anyone who dares to think
different than the Dictator Evo Morales. Please share with
your friends these few lines to make the
WORLD AWARE of what is really going on in Bolivia.
Bolivia Dictator Creates Fakes Propaganda
Bolivian Dictator, Evo Morales, has instructed the official
television channel 7 to create *
FAKE *propaganda that can be used against the opposition in
order to illegaly put them in prison.
The Communist Regime of Evo Morales is notorious to create
situations where it has illegaly condemned several newspapers,
television channels and civilians to be against the "Boliviarian
Revolution".
At least two
POLITICAL PRISONERS have already been illegaly incarcerated
in the last week even though the
Bolivian Supreme Court
has ruled to veto the JUDGE that has put in jail these two
civilians.
Please share this with the ones who care.
